Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a polished Business Manager to be the operational backbone of a high-performing real estate team in Sydney. You’ll collaborate with a senior agent, sales associates and offshore support to ensure peak daily performance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate marketing campaigns end-to-end and handle contracts, compliance and client communications with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate executive support or similar
• Experience coordinating a team, including remote/offshore staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a real estate team
• Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns (styling, photography, floorplans, ads)
• Manage contracts, compliance and documentation with accuracy
• Serve as a trusted contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers
