Job summary

Focus Property Group Australia in Melbourne seeks a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive the client journey and day-to-day operations within a growing property investment business. You will ensure seamless coordination across clients, builders, developers, finance brokers and conveyancers, delivering timely updates and robust process improvements.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, direct access to the Managing Director, and the opportunity to advance operational capabilities

Qualifications

Experience in business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with competing priorities.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee client journey from initial contact through construction completion and tenancy.
Coordinate clients, builders, developers, finance brokers, conveyancers, and property managers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and operational workflows.
Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and identify process improvements.
Ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.
