Formulating, planning, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to maximise brand exposure and drive qualified leads.
Conducting market research and audience segmentation to analyse buyer/seller behaviour and align initiatives.
Managing end-to-end digital content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and video assets across web, social, print, and aerial channels.
Segmenting and optimising CRM databases to deliver targeted email campaigns and nurture leads.
Analyzing campaign performance with Google Analytics to track ROI and optimise lifecycles.
Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.
Overseeing local PR initiatives and events to strengthen market presence.
