Job summary

Amber Werchon Property on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life across our busy real estate marketing program. You’ll coordinate campaigns, manage social content, digital assets, eDMs, and property marketing while ensuring on-brand delivery and tight deadlines.

You’ll thrive with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• At least three years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience across social media, content and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; InDesign desirable.

Amber Werchon is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Coordinatorto help bring our marketing to life across one of the Sunshine Coast’s most recognised real estate brands.

Reporting to the MarketingAgency and/or Director, you’ll work across:

• Campaign coordination and execution
• Social media and contentcreation
• Digital, website and eDM
• Property and agent marketing
• Design and brand coordination
• Advertising, PR and communications
• Print, signage and promotional collateral
• Events and sponsorships
• External agencies and suppliers

This isn’t a role focused on developing high‑level strategy. It’s about taking strategy and making it happen, accurately, consistently and on brand.

About You

You’ll have:

• At least three years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar position
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience across social media, content and digital marketing, including Meta and Google
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; InDesign experience is desirable
• A proactive, practical approach and a commitment to seeing things through
• The ability to work independently and contribute to a team

Real estate or property experience is a bonus, but not essential.
