• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is highly regarded.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with real estate agents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote listings, real estate services, and brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run targeted ad campaigns on platforms.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, property listings, email campaigns, and promotional videos.
• Optimize and maintain the company website, ensuring SEO best practices to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns, tracking performance and optimizing for better results.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Organize and promote open houses, property showcases, and networking events to drive customer engagement.
• Monitor marketing analytics and ROI, providing reports and insights to improve future strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest real estate marketing trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance our presence in the market.
