The successful candidate will coordinate with solicitors, agents and accounts to keep campaigns on track. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales campaigns and timelines.
• Comfort with financial compliance and AML/CTF checks.
• Familiarity with real estate workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run every listing through compliance gates and ensure contracts and documents are in order.
• Own AML/CTF client identification and checks, and keep audit-ready records.
• Verify CRM data (owners, fees, advertising, contract checks) and fix issues quickly.
• Coordinate with solicitors, suppliers and agents to launch campaigns on time.
• Manage office-side tasks: files, keys, signboards, print.
• Lead weekly Campaign Management meetings.
• Collaborate with Accounts to check trust money and settlements on time.
