Job summary

McGrath Wide Bay is seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-performing sales agent in Maryborough, Australia. This role involves end-to-end client coordination across appraisals, listings, marketing campaigns, contracts and settlements.

You will manage diaries, prepare appraisal packs, coordinate photography and listings, and work with the Agent Services team to ensure a seamless client experience while maintaining momentum across campaigns and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the agent's diary and priorities
• Prepare appraisal packs and client follow-up activities
• Coordinate photography, marketing, signboards and listing launches
• Manage CRM systems and vendor reporting
• Assist with contracts and settlement coordination
• Work with Agent Services to ensure a seamless client experience
• Keep campaigns, tasks and workflows moving smoothly
