Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Readiness Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Readiness Manager, you will support planning and execution of the Readiness Program, helping deliver readiness exercises, simulations, and testing activities across the tournament.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with functional areas and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics, developing materials, maintaining records, and driving readiness actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative, operational or logistical support experience in a fast-paced team or program.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships and coordinate information across stakeholder groups.
• Strong document management capabilities including trackers, schedules, presentations and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, producing high-quality materials and reporting.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to support meetings, workshops or events.
• Flexible, able to work outside standard hours and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of the Readiness Program following timelines and frameworks.
• Coordinate logistical requirements for readiness exercises, simulations, rehearsals, and tests.
• Prepare and maintain presentations, agendas, scenarios, communications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain program records, action logs, trackers and shared files; keep information current and accessible.
• Collaborate with Functional Areas and external stakeholders to gather inputs and drive readiness actions.
• Monitor milestones and risks, provide reporting and on-the-day assistance during readiness events.
