Job summary

Rugby World Cup Australia 2027 invites a Readiness Coordinator to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Readiness Manager, you will help plan and execute the Readiness Program, delivering exercises, simulations and testing activities across the tournament.

You’ll work with multiple departments and external partners to set up readiness activities, manage schedules and produce materials, ensuring teams are prepared for tournament delivery with strong stakeholder relationships and attention to

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative, operational or logistical support experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and coordinate information.
• Strong document management and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible, proactive and adaptable; able to work outside standard hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of the Readiness Program to timelines.
• Coordinate logistical requirements for readiness exercises, simulations and rehearsals.
• Prepare and maintain presentations, agendas and participant communications.
• Maintain program records, action logs and trackers; keep information current.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and drive completion of readiness actions.
• Monitor milestones, risks and lessons learned; provide on‑the‑day readiness support.
