- Tuesday: 6:00pm until the person is settled for bed (approximately 10:30pm), followed by a sleep-in.

- Wednesday: 8:30am–10:00am, then return at 6:00pm for a second evening shift and sleep-in.

- Thursday: 8:30am–10:00am. You will receive your rota well in advance and enjoy 6 weeks' paid annual leave.

There are also opportunities to work additional overtime shifts and approximately 6–9 weekends per year, if desired.

We are looking for a caring, reliable and committed male Support Worker to join our established team on a bank/part time basis to, support a 33-year-old non-verbal man with autism, emotional and complex needs to live independently in his own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in one person's life within a small, person-centred service. Previous experience is not essential, as full training and paid shadow shifts will be provided.

You will provide person-centred support to enable the individual to live safely and independently in his own home. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will follow a comprehensive care plan and receive ongoing support and training.

You do not need previous care experience—we are looking for people with the right values, compassion and willingness to learn.
