Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) in Perth is seeking a caring, reliable Support Practitioner for a part-time (16 hours/week) fixed-term role until February 2027. You’ll assist a gentleman with complex needs at home, supporting daily living and helping him enjoy hobbies such as gardening and modelling.

As a Support Practitioner you'll become part of a friendly team who provides invaluable support to a fun loving gentleman with complex needs in his own home.

You’ll build a genuine relationship with him and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to tend to his garden, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.

In addition to supporting with all aspects of his daily living, you'll also help him to enjoy his hobbies and interests too, including day trips, gardening, full scale modelling and classic cars.
