Job summary

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Raw Materials Operator for the Afternoon shift at Regency Park. You will operate forklifts, pick orders, palletise and support production lines, with SAP inventory tasks and data entry.

Full-time permanent role with training on day shift for the first 2 months. Applicants must hold a forklift licence with practical experience, be computer-literate (SAP preferred), and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence with real‑world forklift experience.
• Computer literate; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks safely.
• Strong communication skills with reading and numerical comprehension.
• Knowledge of food safety principles is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift (high reach and counterbalance) and assist with order picking and palletising.
• Manage inventory using SAP and ensure accurate goods receipt/delivery to lines.
• Review data collection and complete basic documentation for goods received.
• Support basic oil tank farm operations including unloading liquid and grain bulk carriers.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Smith’s Snackfood Company on our Afternoon shift as a Raw Materials Operator.

Overview

• Location: Regency Park
• Shift: Afternoon Shift (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm to 10:20pm, Friday 12noon to 6:00pm)
• Training will be on Day Shift for first 2 months
• Full Time Permanent
• Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision

Responsibilities

• 2+ years experience on Forklift operation (high reach and counterbalance)
• Order picking and wrapping, palletising, materials receivable/dispatch, truck unload and delivery to production lines
• Manage inventory using SAP
• Review data collection and complete basic documentation for goods received in
• Basic Oil Tank Farm operations - unloading liquid and grain bulk carriers and waste management
• Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas

Qualifications

• Forklift licence with real-world work experience operating forklifts
• Computer literate (experience with SAP preferred)
• Ability to prioritise and organise multiple work tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Strong communication skills with reading and numerical comprehension skills
• Knowledge of food safety principles and practices (preferred but no essential)
