PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Raw Materials Operator for the afternoon shift at Regency Park. This full-time role involves forklift operation, inventory control, and paperwork for goods received, with training on days for the first 2 months.

Location is Regency Park; shift is Monday-Thursday 2:20pm–10:20pm and Friday 12:00pm–6:00pm. Requires forklift licence, SAP familiarity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence with real-world work experience operating forklifts.
• Computer literate (experience with SAP preferred).
• Ability to prioritise and organise multiple work tasks in a safe and professional manner.
• Strong communication skills with reading and numerical comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and practices (preferred but no essential).

Responsibilities

• 2+ years experience on Forklift operation (high reach and counterbalance).
• Order picking and wrapping, palletising, materials receivable/dispatch, truck unload and delivery to production lines.
• Manage inventory using SAP.
• Review data collection and complete basic documentation for goods received in.
• Basic Oil Tank Farm operations - unloading liquid and grain bulk carriers and waste management.
• Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.

Overview

• Location: Regency Park
• Shift: Afternoon Shift (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm to 10:20pm, Friday 12noon to 6:00pm)
• Training will be on Day Shift for first 2 months
• Full Time Permanent
• Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision
