Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our Tingalpa team in Brisbane. The role offers full training during paid work hours and involves operating machinery, calibrating equipment, and ensuring quality checks.

The position is permanent full-time with a weekday afternoon shift (02:30pm–10:30pm). Benefits include rostered days off, overtime banking, paid breaks, PPE/uniforms, wellbeing perks, and staff product discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine operation in a food manufacturing environment.
• A high mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of HACCP & GMP.
• Safety conscious.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed, and accurate flavour is supplied.
• Advanced centre-lining, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Prepare and complete quality checks and accurate records.
• Cleaning and housekeeping.
