Job summary

PepsiCo in Tingalpa, Brisbane, is seeking a reliable, safety-focused ProcessOperator to operate our heavily automated production lines during the Weekday Night Shift. Training is provided and occurs during the week.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery, packaging chips into packets and boxes, recording data, conducting flavour testing, and performing quality checks in a HACCP/GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a processing/food manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with a track record of safe work practices.
• High mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Package chips into packets and then into boxes on the line.
• Record and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed accurately and according to production runs.

• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensureflavour testing is completedeffectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs.
• Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
• An understanding of HACCPand GMP with a record of reliability andsafe work practices.
• A high mechanical aptitude withstrong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
