PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand in Regency Park is seeking a Raw Materials Operator for the Smith’s Snackfood Company on the Afternoon shift. Training will be on Day Shift for the first 2 months, full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory handling, and ensuring smooth material flow to production lines, using SAP, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You must have 2+ years forklift experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating forklifts (high reach and counterbalance).
• Experience with SAP or inventory systems.
• Strong reading and numerical comprehension.
• Good communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment to move materials and pallets.
• Order picking, wrapping, palletising, and material handling to production lines.
• Manage inventory using SAP and document goods received.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas according to safety standards.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Smith’s Snackfood Company on our Afternoon shift as a Raw Materials Operator.

Overview

• Location: Regency Park
• Shift: AfternoonShift (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm to 10:20pm, Friday 12noon to 6:00pm)
• Training will be on Day Shift for first 2 months
• Full Time Permanent
• Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision

Responsibilities

• 2+ years experience on Forklift operation (high reach and counterbalance)
• Order picking and wrapping, palletising, materials receivable/dispatch, truck unload and delivery to production lines
• Manage inventory using SAP
• Review data collection and complete basic documentation for goods received in
• Basic Oil Tank Farm operations - unloading liquid and grain bulk carriers and waste management
• Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas

Qualifications

• Forklift licence with real-world work experience operating forklifts
• Computer literate (experience with SAP preferred)
• Ability to prioritise and organise multiple work tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Strong communication skills with reading and numerical comprehension skills
• Knowledge of food safety principles and practices (preferred but no essential)
