PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a part-time Multipack / Palletising (Reach truck) Operator to operate palletising equipment and manage automated systems on day and night shifts at Regency Park, Adelaide. The role requires forklift/Reach Truck licence and experience with automated palletising machinery.

The successful candidate will maintain product flow, coordinate with contractors, and ensure accurate records and quality assurance, with comprehensive benefits and time-off options.

Qualifications

• Forklift and Reach Truck licence is required.
• Experience with automated palletising machinery and robots is preferred.
• Mechanical minded with aptitude in automated equipment operation.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletising equipment to maintain continuous product flow.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring for palletising robots.
• Coordinate with Copacker deliveries and pallet storage.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping.
• Assist quality assurance of products.

We currently have 2 exciting opportunities to join the Smith's Snackfood Company as a Multipack / Palletising (Reach truck) Operator on both Day shift and Night shift.

Details

• Location: Regency Park
• Night Shift; Monday to Friday 6:00 pm - 2:00 am - PLEASE NOTE; start & finish times may be adjusted as necessary
• Day Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Position: Permanent Part Time

Responsibilities

• Operate palletising equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery
• Manage all production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring leading to the palletising robots
• Manage organising our Copacker (contractor) deliveries and pallecons storage
• Prepare and complete accurate records
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Quality assurance of our product

Qualifications

• Forklift and Reach Truck licence (will be controlling a reach truck mainly)
• Previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP advantageous
• A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
• A commitment to achieving team goals whilst being able to work autonomously
• A confident and motivated individual with high-level communications and time management skills
