DHL Group Australia is seeking an experienced PM Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Derrimut site. You will drive performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure service delivery for our customers in a dynamic 3PL environment.

The role leads operations, cost-efficient activities, inventory accuracy, and alignment with the customer’s annual business plan. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and advance continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transport operations within a 3PL environment.
• Experience leading a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
• End-to-end knowledge of supply chain and transport operations, with focus on labour planning, cost management and process improvement.
• Excellent people management with ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding customer relationship skills and commitment to delivering high service levels.
• Experience with TMS systems.

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
• Ensuring customer satisfactionthrough excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
• Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and correct action is taken to rectify

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of Transport operations within a 3PL environment
• Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning
• Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain and transport operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal andexternal stakeholders
• Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Experience with TMS systems
