The Range at Country Club Tasmania, operated by Federal Group, is seeking a Range Supervisor to support the Venue Operations Manager, lead shifts and deliver a welcoming guest experience across the driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events.

You’ll bring strong customer service, team leadership, and a hands-on approach with hospitality or food and beverage experience; RSA/RCG and Working with Vulnerable People checks preferred; availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays

Formación

• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Ability to lead a team in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Energetic, initiative-driven, and hands-on.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or similar supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Maintain high service standards across driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events.
• Support daily operations including equipment, stock, guest flow and food & beverage service.
• Promote a safe, positive and team-focused workplace.
