Job summary

The Range at Country Club Tasmania is seeking a hospitality leader who energises the team, welcomes guests, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to keep the venue running smoothly. You will lead by example, coach staff and safeguard the guest experience in a busy entertainment venue.

You will develop the team, coordinate rostering and cash handling, support events and ensure safety and service standards while delivering warm, memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
• Guest-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of rostering, cash handling, stock control and managing labour and operating costs.
• Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining high service standards, RSA and gaming accreditations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver great service.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations and keep the team on track during busy periods.
• Help bring venue events and golf competitions to life.
• Build positive guest connections and resolve concerns with care.
• Support cost control and maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented venue.
