Job summary

The Range at Country Club Tasmania, part of Federal Group, is seeking a hospitality leader who brings energy, connects with guests and leads by example. You’ll welcome guests, roll up your sleeves and drive daily operations with your team.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage rostering, cash handling and stock control, and help deliver events and golf competitions while maintaining a safe, welcoming venue with a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role.
Guest-first approach with strong communication.
Ability to lead, coach and support a team.
Strong organisational skills to prioritise in a fast-paced venue.
Knowledge of rostering, cash handling, stock control and cost management.
Accreditations in Responsible Service of Alcohol and related gaming competencies are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver great service.
Support smooth day-to-day operations and keep the team on track during busy periods.
Help bring venue events and golf competitions to life.
Build positive guest connections and resolve concerns with care.
Support cost control and maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented venue.
