Job summary

BAI Communications seeks a Head of Solutions - Rail to lead technology strategy for the rail business in Australia. The role reports to the CTO and combines telecoms expertise with industry engagement to win major rail opportunities.

You will build trusted relationships with operators, authorities and vendors, shaping and securing large-scale rail communications and infrastructure bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field required.
• Extensive telecoms experience with rail and transport tech.
• Proven pre-sales leadership and strategic account success.

Responsibilities

• Represent BAI as the technology voice within the Australian rail sector.
• Drive industry engagement with operators, authorities and vendors.
• Lead technical bids, solutioning and pursuit activities for rail projects.
• Forge alliances with vendors, OEMs and integration partners.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional bids and customer engagements.
