ACCIONA is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage drawings, specifications and project records for the Stage 1 rail project on the Sunshine Coast. You will establish the document control system and train users, ensuring current information is used by design teams and subcontractors.

Based in Fortitude Valley initially, you will relocate to the Sunshine Coast in February 2027 as the team mobilises. The role requires proficiency with MS Excel/Word and experience with large-scale

Competenze

• Essential: proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and email.
• Preferred: document control on large scale construction projects.
• Preferred: experience with the RIB CX system.
• Willingness to complete a rail safety induction where required.

Mansioni

• Control and distribute drawings, specifications and plans so teams use current versions.
• Check incoming documents against transmittals and raise discrepancies with senders.
• Build and maintain the document register and document control procedures.
• Track subcontractor shop drawings through consultant review and approval.
• Manage project software configuration and train internal and external users.
• Audit records, archive project documents and report on document activity.
• Comply with WHS and rail safety requirements and complete the required induction.
