Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a skilled Document Controller for the The Wave rail project on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. You will report to the Lead Document Controller and own daily control of drawings, specifications and project records, building the document control system and starter packs for subcontractors.

Based in Fortitude Valley initially, you will move to the Sunshine Coast project office in February 2027, train users, audit records and ensure current information is used by design teams and

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and email.
Experience with document control on large-scale construction projects.
Familiar with RIB CX system.

Responsibilities

Control and distribute drawings, specifications and plans to ensure current versions.
Check incoming documents against transmittals and raise discrepancies.
Build and maintain the document register and document control procedures.
Track subcontractor shop drawings through consultant review and approval.
Manage project software configuration and train internal and external users.
Audit records and report on document activity.
Comply with WHS and rail safety requirements and complete inductions.
