ACCIONA CONSTRUCTION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking a diligent Document Controller for a $5.5 billion rail project in Queensland. You will manage drawings, specifications and project records, ensure current versions are used, and support the documentation system from registers to starter packs for subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word with strong email skills.
• Experience in document control on large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with the RIB CX system is a plus.
• Willingness to complete a rail safety induction where required.

Aufgaben

• Control and distribute drawings, specifications and plans using current versions.
• Check incoming documents against transmittals and raise discrepancies.
• Build and maintain the document register and control procedures.
• Track shop drawings through consultant review and approval.
• Manage project software configuration and train users.
• Audit records, archive project documents and report activity.
• Comply with WHS and rail safety induction requirements.
