• Experience leading complex operations in rail or heavy industry.

• Experience with HSSE documentation and safety risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational governance and customer reporting activities.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee incident reporting and attribution management processes.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, Engineering Change Requests and business enhancements.
• Work closely with maintenance, engineering, operational and project teams to achieve performance objectives.
