Job summary

UGL Transport is delivering the NSW Regional Rail Fleet upgrade, seeking a Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure work across the Sydney CBD Project Office and Sydenham Maintenance Centre. You will drive planning, design coordination, procurement and delivery to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.

You will collaborate with engineering, operational and delivery teams, manage contracts and subcontractors, and foster a safety-first culture on site and in office environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects across full lifecycle.
• Experience delivering rail or safety-critical projects.
• Strong contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Budget forecasting and cost control experience.
• Experience with project controls and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through planning, design, procurement and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Coordinate design to AFC status.
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and safety culture.
