Job summary

UGL Transport is seeking an experienced Operational Support Manager to join the NSW Passenger Project in Kangy Angy, NSW. You will provide leadership across governance, reporting, customer engagement and change management, partnering with customers, operational leaders and technical specialists to drive performance and safe, reliable rail services.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with maintenance, engineering and project teams to deliver continuous improvement, manage HSSE

UGL Transport is looking for an experienced and motivated Operational Support Manager to join our NSW Passenger team supporting one of Australia's newest passenger rail fleets. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you will partner with customers, operational leaders and technical specialists to drive operational performance, continuous improvement and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Opportunity:

As the Operational Support Manager, you will provide leadership across key governance, reporting, customer engagement and change management functions. You will also play an integral role in supporting the ongoing success of the Mariyung Fleet while helping deliver safe, reliable and efficient rail services for customers across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
