Job summary

BG&E, now part of the SYSTRA Group, seeks a commercially minded Rail Lead to grow and lead our rail offering in Western Australia. This senior, client-facing role builds trusted relationships, turns opportunities into work, and shapes the direction of our WA rail capability.

You will bring strong rail-sector experience, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor colleagues to deliver quality outcomes for clients while expanding our business footprint in WA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the rail industry with knowledge of WA clients.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Track record in identifying opportunities, pursuing bids and winning work.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to align client needs with solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, industry partners and stakeholders in WA rail.
• Identify opportunities, develop pipeline and lead pursuits from engagement to award.
• Shape practical, compelling rail solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Lead proposals, presentations and negotiations with clients.
