BG&E in Western Australia is seeking a commercially minded Rail Lead to grow and lead our rail offering in WA. This senior, client-facing role focuses on building trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders while turning opportunities into successful work.

You will combine deep rail sector experience with the ability to shape opportunities, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver practical, market-facing solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant rail industry experience in WA.
• Ability to develop and grow client relationships at senior level.
• Proven success in identifying opportunities and winning bids.
• Strong commercial judgement and client-facing leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary rail projects.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain senior relationships with WA rail clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities, develop pipeline, lead pursuits through to award.
• Shape practical, compelling rail solutions with clients.
• Lead proposals, presentations, negotiations, and business development.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership on rail projects.
• Collaborate across offices to assemble teams.
• Support development of rail strategy and market profile WA.
• Mentor and support rail team members.
