KBR is seeking a Building Services Lead in Western Australia to head the WA Building Services team and drive delivery of major design packages. The role combines technical governance with leadership across complex building, transport, defence and infrastructure projects, reporting to the Discipline Manager and collaborating with national teams.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and contribute to proposals while maintaining high standards of engineering excellence and safety.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline) and Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Extensive consulting and project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, designers and drafters.
• Plan, coordinate and manage engineering work packages to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare, review and verify engineering designs, calculations, reports and specifications.
