Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in the rail industry with a strong WA market understanding.
• Proven track record in building trusted client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Success identifying opportunities, pursuing them and winning work.
• Strong commercial judgement aligning client needs with actionable solutions.
• Ability to lead client conversations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on rail projects or programmes.
• Excellent communication, influence and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, proactive approach and interest in growing a rail business.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, industry partners and key WA rail stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, develop a pipeline and lead pursuits from engagement to award.
• Understand client challenges and shape practical, compelling rail solutions.
• Lead proposals, presentations and negotiations as part of business development.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership on rail projects to deliver quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across disciplines to assemble the right teams for each opportunity.
• Support development of rail strategy, market profile and client value proposition in WA.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a high-performing rail team.
