Goldstar Transport is seeking an experienced PM Rail Container Scheduler to join our Perth-based team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound rail container movements across terminals, DCs and customer sites, ensuring on-time deliveries while liaising with customers, rail terminals, operators and drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound rail container movements.
• Strong knowledge of container logistics and Perth metro transport operations.
• Proven ability to schedule container deliveries and pickups between rail terminals, DCs and customer sites.
• Experience liaising with customers, rail terminals, transport operators and drivers to coordinate daily movements.
• Ability to monitor schedules, manage delays and adjust plans as operational requirements change.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedPM Rail Container Scheduler to join our team on a full-timeposition based near Perth Airport.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for coordinatingand scheduling all inbound and outbound rail container movements,ensuring the efficient movement of containers between railterminals, distribution centres (DCs) and customer sites throughoutthe Perth metropolitan area.

Working closely with customers, rail terminals and drivers, youwill manage daily schedules, coordinate container deliveries andpickups, monitor movements and respond to changing priorities tokeep operations running smoothly.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous Experience coordinating inbound and outbound railcontainer movements
• Strong knowledge of container logistics and Perthmetropolitan transport operations
• Proven ability to schedule container deliveries and pickupsbetween rail terminals, DCs and customer sites
• Experience liaising with customers, rail terminals,transport operators and drivers to coordinate dailymovements
• Ability to monitor schedules, manage delays and adjustplans as operational requirements change
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to managecompeting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with aproactive and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to do 12PM-8PM or 1PM-9PM Monday to Friday
