Metroll Perth is seeking a highly organised Transport Scheduler to coordinate daily transport operations and optimise delivery schedules. You will work with production, warehouse teams and drivers to ensure on-time customer deliveries and high service levels.

The role emphasizes planning, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance, and communicating effectively with internal teams and customers to minimise delays and maximise efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily transport runs for local and regional deliveries.
• Coordinate driver schedules and allocate loads efficiently.
• Communicate delivery timeframes with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery progress and manage scheduling changes or delays.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Maintain records of deliveries, routes and transport documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue management and transport regulations.
