Imaging Queensland is seeking an experienced Radiologist Services Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team. The role focuses on keeping radiology operations efficient and professional, ensuring strong relationships with Radiologists and the broader medical staff.

You will organise rosters, onboarding, payroll prep and travel, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in a busy health environment.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in complex administration, EA or coordinator roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and diary management.
• Exposure to medical/radiology beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with Radiologists and the team.
• Organise rosters, workflows, sign-offs, leave and administrative tasks.
• Onboard new Radiologists including accreditation and systems training.
• Prepare Radiologist timesheets/payroll for processing.
• Organise meetings, agendas, venue, catering and minutes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
