Job summary

Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Radiologist Services Coordinator to support physicians and the care team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on organisation, relationship-building, and efficient service delivery.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will schedule rosters, onboard radiologists, manage timesheets, meetings, travel, and admin workflows, enabling high-quality patient care across the Queensland imaging network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with Radiologists and the broader team.
• Organising and scheduling rosters, workflows, sign-offs, exams, leave, uniforms and other admin activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Onboarding new Radiologists including accreditation, Medicare compliance and systems training.
• Preparation of Radiologist timesheets/payroll for processing.
• Organising meetings, collating agenda items, venue, catering and minuting.
• Oversee travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and car hire.

• Oversee travel requirements including flights, accommodation and car hire

• Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you like to get things right!
• Passionate about building relationships with stakeholders, being the trusted go to person
• Demonstrated experience in a complex administration, executive assistant or coordinator role
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential issues
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Enjoys problem solving and managing competing priorities
• Strong experience with MS Office suite and diary management
• Exposure to Medical, Health or Radiology beneficial, but not essential
