Sport Integrity Australia is seeking a State Integrity Manager for Queensland to lead engagement with state sporting bodies and government partners, aligning national integrity initiatives with state priorities.

The role focuses on education, policy adoption, and strengthening integrity capabilities across SSOs/SSODs, with a non-ongoing arrangement and a salary range of $125,820–$137,127 AUD per year.

Qualifications

• Lead engagement with SSOs/SSODs, government agencies and key stakeholders across the state.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of the National Integrity Framework and Sport Integrity Policy Standards.
• Support sporting organisations to strengthen integrity capability, policies, complaints management and reporting practices.
• Deliver integrity education, awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with SSOs, SSODs, government agencies and key stakeholders across the state.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of the National Integrity Framework and Sport Integrity Policy Standards.
• Support sporting organisations to strengthen integrity capability, policies, complaints management and reporting practices.
• Deliver integrity education, awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Establish and coordinate state integrity networks and collaborative forums.
• Represent Sport Integrity Australia and promote alignment between national and state integrity priorities.
