Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia seeks a State Integrity Manager for the ACT & ACTAS to engage with state sporting bodies, government partners and athletes, driving national integrity policies at the state level and embedding governance standards across programs.

You will lead education, policy development and collaboration, ensuring consistent application of integrity frameworks and contributing to strategic priorities in sport integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience working with sport integrity initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and deliver workshops and forums.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement with SSOs, SSODs, government agencies and sector partners to strengthen sport integrity across the ACT.
• Drive implementation of the National Integrity Framework and related integrity initiatives.
• Serve as integrity lead for ACTAS, developing and embedding integrity policies and education programs.
• Deliver advice, education and capability-building support to state sporting organisations and ACTAS athletes, coaches and staff.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sport Integrity Australia, ACTAS and key stakeholders.
• Represent the agency at forums, meetings and industry events.
• Provide leadership on emerging integrity issues and contribute to organisational priorities.
