Sport Integrity Australia is seeking a Sport Integrity Manager for the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS). The role is Executive Level 1, non-ongoing, based in VIC, Melbourne area, with a salary of $125,820 to $137,127 for 12 months.

You will lead and embed integrity initiatives, govern complaints, and partner with national bodies to strengthen high‑performance integrity practices. The successful candidate will build capability, engage stakeholders, and contribute to VIS and SIS networks,

Formación

• Experience with sport integrity initiatives and complaint reporting mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to deliver workshops and forums.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strategic thinking to align strategy with operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the VIS’s sport integrity function, including policy development and continuous improvement of the National Integrity Framework.
• Embed integrity, safeguarding and child-safe practices across all areas of the VIS.
• Oversee and deliver complaints management processes and provide advice on integrity-related matters.
• Deliver education and capability-building programs that strengthen integrity awareness and compliance in the VIS.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sport Integrity Australia, sporting organisations and high-performance partners.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity issues, risks and opportunities.
• Foster a safe, fair and inclusive environment in the VIS for athletes, coaches and staff.
• Contribute to the Executive team and apply an integrity lens to policies.
