Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia is seeking a State Integrity Manager to lead engagement with SSOs, SSODs, government agencies and key stakeholders across the ACT and wider state. The role aligns national and state integrity initiatives and supports implementation of the National Integrity Framework and policy standards.

You will build state integrity networks, deliver education, advise on emerging issues, and ensure compliance with PGPA Act and related guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with sport integrity initiatives and complaint/reporting mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including workshops delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with SSOs/SSODs, gov agencies and key stakeholders across the state.
• Drive adoption of the National Integrity Framework and policy standards.
• Support organisations to strengthen integrity capability, policies and reporting.
• Deliver integrity education, awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Establish state integrity networks and collaborative forums.
• Represent the agency and align national and state integrity priorities.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the sport integrity system.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity issues and culture.
• Comply with PGPA Act and related procurement and governance guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to APS values and Code of Conduct.
• Promote best-practice recordkeeping and information governance.
• Work safely and protect health and safety of others.
