Job summary

Fleetwood Australia seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee modular and mixed-construction projects across education, community infrastructure, government, housing and commercial sectors throughout Queensland. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will own site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and quality to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Supervisor or similar construction leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation.
• Commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and equipment to support projects.
• Monitor progress and report on programme, quality and safety.
• Ensure works meet WHSEQ requirements and Fleetwood standards.
• Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and safety activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance, access, compliance and quality.
• Maintain site documentation and project reporting.
• Coordinate logistics, including transport and equipment mobilisations.
