Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join its Queensland Construction team, delivering modular and mixed-construction projects across education, community infrastructure, government, housing and commercial sectors throughout Queensland.

Reporting to a Project Manager, you will own site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety and compliance, monitor quality, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision/leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and subcontractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver safely and on schedule.
• Commitment to health, safety and compliance.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across Queensland and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Manager on programme, quality, safety and cost.
• Ensure works comply with WHSEQ and Fleetwood standards.
• Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, inspections and safety activities.
• Maintain site documentation including diaries, inspections, ITPs and safety records.
• Coordinate site logistics including transport, cranes, deliveries.
• Travel to various sites across Queensland as required.
