Job summary

Fleetwood Building Solutions in Queensland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of education, government, social infrastructure and modular construction projects across the state.

You will work with Site Supervisors, Contract Administrators, project teams and clients to manage scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies and project delivery principles.
  • Experience managing project budgets, programmes and financial performance.
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
  • Trade-qualified professionals with proven project delivery experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Current White Card and Australian Driver Licence.

  • Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules and key milestones.
  • Manage project financial performance, forecasting, cash flow and cost control.

  • Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project reporting, progress updates and project close-out activities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
