Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Fleetwood Building Solutions in Queensland and lead end-to-end delivery of education, government, social infrastructure and modular construction projects across the state.

You will manage budgets, schedules, safety and quality while coordinating site supervisors, contractors and clients, with autonomy to own your projects and support from a high‑calibre leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies and project delivery principles.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and financial performance.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts and subcontractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Trade-qualified professionals with proven project delivery experience are encouraged to apply.
• Current White Card and Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules and key milestones.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, cash flow and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review contracts, drawings and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project reporting, progress updates and project close-out activities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
