Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Plant Operators to be based at our Willow Tree Quarry, NSW.

Responsibilities include mobile plant operation (Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck, Excavator), truck and dog and side tipper operations, daily checks, toolbox talks, and adherence to WHS policies. We offer growth within RGA and the broader Group.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plant equipment including FEL and Excavator.
• White Card and HC licence required.
• Quarry environment experience preferred.
• Proactive, well-organised approach to work.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant including Water Cart, FEL, Dump Truck and Excavator.
• Operate Truck and Dog & Side Tipper as required.
• Carry out daily quarry operations and vehicle maintenance.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
• Participate in toolbox talks and follow WHS policies.
• Adhere to instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD.

RGA are seeking experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Plant Operators to be based at our Willow Tree Quarry.

Key responsibilities

• Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator
• Truck and Dog & Side Tipper operation
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all set instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

Required skills and experience

• Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
• White Card
• HC licence
• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
