Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to be based at Willow Tree Quarry in NSW. You will operate a range of mobile plant and support daily quarry operations, ensuring pre-start checks and adherence to WHS policies.

Ideal candidates hold a HC licence and White Card, with proven quarry experience and a proactive, organised approach. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a forward‑moving ASX-listed group.

Qualifications

• Recent experience operating mobile plant in a quarry setting.
• White Card and HC licence are required.
• Proactive, organised and able to use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator.
• Perform truck and dog & side tipper operations as required.
• Carry out daily quarry operations and routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant and participate in toolbox talks.
• Follow Quarry Supervisor instructions and adhere to WHS policies.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD.

RGA are seeking experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Plant Operators to be based at our Willow Tree Quarry.

Key responsibilities:

• Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator
• Truck and Dog & Side Tipper operation
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all set instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

Required skills and experience:

• Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
• White Card
• HC licence
• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
