Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator to be based at our Gladstone Quarry. You will operate mobile plant including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator, and perform daily quarry operations.

You will complete pre-start checks, participate in toolbox talks, and follow Maas Group WHS policies and procedures. The role requires MR licence and White Card, with a focus on safety and efficient quarry production.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple quarry mobile plant including loaders and excavators.
• Valid MR licence and White Card required.
• Background in quarry operations and safety procedures.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD. RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Operator to be based at our Gladstone Quarry.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

• Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator

• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Relevant RII tickets
• Good communication skills
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
