Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator to be based at the Ralston Quarry near Coonamble, NSW. You will operate mobile plant including Front End Loader, Water Cart and Excavator, and support daily quarry operations with preventive maintenance and pre-start checks.

Ideal candidates will have White Card, a valid drivers licence and proven quarry experience. You will work under the Quarry Manager, follow WHS policies, participate in toolbox talks and bring a

• White Card (construction-industry safety qualification)
• Drivers licence
• Experience operating front end loader and excavator in quarry environments
• RII tickets (preferred)
• Good communication skills and ability to use initiative

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across NSW, VIC & QLD.

RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Operator to be based at our Ralston Quarry near Coonamble, NSW.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To

• Mobile plant operation including Front End Loader, Water Cart and Excavator
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from Quarry Manager.

Required Skills And Experience

• Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
• White Card
• Drivers licence
• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Relevant RII tickets, preferred not essential
• Good communication skills
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
