Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality and Development team, including preparing, formatting and uploading documents.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting and version control before publication or upload.
  • Monitor policy, procedure and controlled-document review dates and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure reviews are completed on time.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, education activities and other team initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation, collation and organisation of documentation and evidence for audits, assurance activities, accreditation and re-registration.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and respond to routine enquiries relating to quality systems and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Quality team, village teams, Head Office employees and external service providers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and help maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy across RFBI’s documentation and systems

Quality Systems Administrator Officer - Sydney CBD

Part-Time Opportunity Available

Role overview

We are seeking a Quality System Administration Officer to join our Quality team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and systems support, with a particular focus on document and user management within our quality management system.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, coordinating document reviews, supporting audits and assurance activities, and helping the Quality and Development team stay organised and on track.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their attention to detail, enjoys working with systems and documentation, and wants to contribute to quality outcomes in aged care.

This position offers flexibility and can be based at any of our RFBI sites, without the need to relocate to our Sydney Head Office.

Key responsibilities

You’re an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll bring
  • Proven administrative experience and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with documents, records and version control.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • A genuine interest in aged care and commitment to supporting quality outcomes.
