South West Healthcare is seeking a Quality Coordinator - Policies to support clinical governance, accreditation, patient safety and continuous quality improvement. You will coordinate policy maintenance, ensure alignment with regulatory standards and provide oversight across the organisation.

You will work with clinicians and managers, lead document control, and contribute to a culture of safety and quality. The role is based at Warrnambool Campus with part-time hours and a pro rata salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, clinical governance, patient safety, and accreditation frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engagement with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
